1. General Terms
These terms govern your access to and use of services, digital products, and physical goods provided by LedgNowTech through LedgNowTech.com. By purchasing or using any offering, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
2.1 Scope of Services
LedgNowTech offers tech-powered ledger automation services to streamline record management and workflow processes. Specific features and deliverables are outlined in the applicable order confirmation.
2.2 Fees and Scheduling
All fees are payable in advance. Upon scheduling, we reserve resources exclusively for your project. Any change requests may result in adjusted scheduling.
2.3 Cancellation and Non-Refundable Services
Certain bespoke or time-sensitive services are non-refundable due to resource allocation. In such cases, no reimbursement will be issued. This includes custom integration planning and on-site installations.
2.4 Service Credits and Transfers
If you need to reschedule or transfer a service engagement, contact our support team via contact form at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. Approved transfers will be accommodated at no extra fee, subject to availability.
3. Digital Products
3.1 License Grant
We provide a limited, non-exclusive license to access digital guides, templates, and training modules.
3.2 Access and Support
Access is granted immediately after purchase. Support inquiries can be submitted via contact form.
3.3 Digital Product Refunds
If you identify material defects or access issues within 14 days of purchase, submit a refund request via contact form. Approved requests are processed as a credit to your original payment channel within 7 business days.
4. Physical Goods
4.1 Shipping and Delivery
Physical hardware components are shipped to the address provided at purchase. Delivery estimates depend on your location.
4.2 Exchanges and Refunds for Goods
If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 10 days. We will replace the item at no additional charge or, if unavailable, issue a credit to the original payment channel within 10 business days after inspection.
5. General Refund Policy
All refund requests for services, digital products, or physical goods must be submitted via contact form and include your order details. Approved reimbursements are processed to the original payment channel. Processing times vary by provider but generally complete within 7 to 10 business days.
6. Modifications to Terms
LedgNowTech reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will take effect upon posting at LedgNowTech.com.
